Master Brain gives your organisation a single, authoritative source of knowledge that AI can query, governed by a policy framework that ensures the right people get the right answers and every action is logged. It is not a chatbot. It is infrastructure.
Trustworthy
Every answer is grounded in verified knowledge files with mandatory source citations. The system does not guess. If the knowledge base has no source for a fact, it says so.
Auditable
Every query, access decision and action is logged in a structured audit trail. The log records who asked, what was returned, which documents were touched and what tier they were at.
Scalable
A canonical template that deploys to as many ventures, teams or clients as needed. Each deployment inherits the skills, standards and governance framework from the master, then adds its own knowledge.
- ✓ A governed knowledge repository with tier-tagged, reviewed content
- ✓ A structured skill library with a full development lifecycle and security pipeline
- ✓ An access-controlled retrieval system that filters by content tier before search
- ✓ An auditable platform with human checkpoints at every governance gate
- ✓ A deployable template that any organisation adapts to its context
- ✓ A compliance-ready architecture mapped to NIST, ISO and Australian privacy frameworks
- ✗ A general-purpose chatbot or a prompt interface on top of an LLM
- ✗ An autonomous decision-making system: all governance decisions are human
- ✗ A single-tenant SaaS product: it is a deployable template you own
- ✗ An open-knowledge free-for-all: access is controlled at every layer
- ✗ A replacement for your task tracker, HRIS or ERP: it retrieves and governs knowledge
- ✗ A black box: every decision, every approval and every access event is recorded
One Master, Many Deployments
Each deployment is a child brain: a properly structured repository that inherits the skills, standards and governance framework from Master Brain, then fills in the knowledge and policies specific to that organisation. The master template stays clean and protected. Child brains are independent once deployed, but they stay aligned through the sync mechanism. Skills approved in Master Brain flow to child brains according to the packs they have licensed. Skills outside licensed packs are never present in a child brain's repository.
