A correctly configured child brain with all required templates, tier tagging, frontmatter standards, CODEOWNERS patterns and base operating instructions. Ready to populate with knowledge from day one. The structure inherits from the Master Brain standard and stays in sync as the standard evolves.
The Base Skill Pack
The core skills every brain needs: strategic review, decision framework, venture health check, capability intake and brain audit. All skills have passed the full governance pipeline. They are versioned, reviewed and approved before delivery.
The Governance Framework
The complete policy library, Governance Council model, Skills Register standard and Skill Development Lifecycle, adapted to your context. Templates are pre-formatted. Your organisation fills in the specific obligations, exceptions and approval authorities that apply to you.
The Retrieval Layer Specification
The system-agnostic retrieval contract, ready for implementation against your chosen assistant frontend and vector store. The specification defines the access enforcement points, the citation requirement and the closed-world assumption. Your implementation team builds against the spec, not a prescribed tool.

The Pack Library
Each brain is licensed for specific packs. Only licensed packs are delivered and visible. Skills outside licensed packs are never present in the repository.
Base Pack
Core skills for any organisation: strategy review, decision framework, health check, capability intake and brain audit. Required as a prerequisite for all other packs.

Delivery Pack
Skills for client engagement and stakeholder communication. Stakeholder brief generation, proposal review and engagement preparation. Requires Base Pack.
Licensed add-on
Customer Growth Pack
Skills for pipeline and lead management. Designed for teams managing a structured sales and nurture process. Requires Base Pack.

Additional Packs
The pack library grows as new skills are reviewed and approved in Master Brain. New packs are released when a business function accumulates enough approved skills to warrant a named set.

What Partners Can and Cannot Do
- 🔒The Master Brain architecture, security pipeline and governance infrastructure are never delivered to any partner or child brain deployment. Partners use the output; the source stays protected.
- 🔒Skills belonging to packs a child brain has not licensed are never present in that repository and never visible to its users. Pack access is enforced at the sync layer.
- 🔒Partners may not redistribute Master Brain methodology independently or build competing products from it. The licence covers deployment, not redistribution.
- 🔒The quarantine and review infrastructure lives in Master Brain only. It is never exported. Partners submit skills through the standard governance pipeline.
How a Partnership Begins

Alignment Conversation
A structured conversation to understand your organisation's context, use case and which partnership path fits your business. Internal deployment or delivery partner: the engagement is different for each. This conversation determines the right structure and your initial pack selection.

Brain Creation and Configuration
Your child brain is created from the Master Brain template, configured with your tier structure, licensed packs delivered and initial sync completed. Your Brain Owner receives access and a walkthrough of the structure and operating model.

Governance Framework Adaptation
The policy library templates are adapted to your specific obligations. The Governance Council is structured to match your team size and decision-making model. The Skills Register is initialised with your licensed skill set.

Knowledge Population and Handover
Your team begins populating the knowledge base using the provided templates. The Brain Owner and Technical Custodian roles are trained on the operating model. For delivery partners, this stage includes training on the client deployment methodology.

Ongoing Sync and Pack Access
New skills approved in Master Brain flow to your child brain automatically, within the packs you have licensed. Additional packs can be licensed at any time. Skills developed locally can be contributed back through the standard governance pipeline.
